Load your freezer with tender lean tasty beef.  You decide what cuts you want...or don't want. Let us know, and we custom process your beef to order.  We need 2 - 4 weeks to get your order ready. To assure the quickest delivery place your order for as early in the fall as you can, to beat the deer hunters!

Other than November, we can have your beef ready in a couple weeks time.  Allow more time in November.

All beef is grown on pasture, no hormones or other growth enhancers, unless you count fodder from the garden, which they love and really adds the weight and flavor to the meat naturally. They are finished with locally grown grains to add some flavorful fat to the extra lean meat.

Prices :  Whole beef    $2.90 lb hanging weight

              Half beef       $3.00 lb hanging weight

              Quarter beef  $3.25 lb hanging weight

(All organ meats are included in the hanging weight price, however you do not have to take them if you don't want them, or you can specify which you do want)

EXAMPLE OF WHOLE BEEF COST, based on  an actual beef recently processed:  hanging weight was 754 lbs., & the packaged weight totaled 545 lbs. & included Filet Mignons, New York and Kansas City Strip Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Flank, Round, Ribeye & Cube Steaks, Rump Roasts, Pikes Peak Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Briskets, Rib Roasts, and tons of lean Hamburger.  We also included 10 lbs of canning meat cut into cubes, and all the organ meats, such as liver, heart, as well as  tongue, & oxtail.  You do not have to take the misc organ meats, but they are included in the hanging weight. We suggest you consult a beef diagram to determine the best cuts for you and your family.  We know of some folks who have most of their beef packaged in hamburger.  Its all a matter of preference.

Based on this example, the total cost for this order was $ 2187 picked up at our farm or delivered within our free delivery area. If shipping was requested, the added cost would have been an additional $140 for next day DHL. to Ohio Only
